We are the Just Jazz Trio.
We love to play and we perform whereever good jazz is appreciated-- in clubs, restaurants, and hotels, and for weddings, private parties, and corporate events in the Boston area. Our featured artist, the incomparable Harvey Diamond, leads the way with a wide repetoire of jazz classics, blues, contemporary popular music in the jazz idiom, Latin jazz, and beautiful ballads as only he can play them. Harvey is one of the the most admired jazz pianists in New England and should not be missed! The Just Jazz Trio also includes Jon Dreyer on bass and Joe Goodman on drums. Together we try to make music that honors the tradition of the great jazz trios led by legends such as Bud Powell, Tommy Flanagan, Wynton Kelley, Ahmad Jamal, Red Garland, Lennie Tristano, and Keith Jarrett. But we also play for your pleasure and enjoyment and to make your evening out or gathering memorable, engaging, and fun.
